Message from the CEO

Promoting Financial Literacy and Sustainable Business Growth

Pitch and Mingle was a success, showcasing the innovation, collaboration and talent within our community. I want to express my sincere appreciation to everyone who contributed to its success, including our presenters, attendees, sponsors, judges and event partners.

April marks Financial Literacy Month, a nationwide effort to educate and empower. The 2024 Money Matters workshop will cater to diverse needs from enhancing financial literacy to effective debt management and future planning. Financial wellness isn’t just for individuals. While many use the month to focus on individual financial wellness and education, it also makes sense to examine what financial literacy means for the small businesses that are the backbone of our economy.

We are committed to promoting financial literacy and supporting the growth of Howard County businesses.

Sincerely,

Jennifer Jones, CEO
