We are also proud to announce the grand opening of Safe Splash Swim School in Ellicott City, a client of our Catalyst Loan Program. Safe Splash provides high-quality swim education and is a significant addition to our community. This milestone highlights our commitment to fostering local business growth through initiatives like the Catalyst Loan Program, which supports start-ups and expanding businesses.

We are thrilled to announce the grand opening of Safe Splash Swim School in Ellicott City, a proud client of our Catalyst Loan program. Applying for the Manufacturing 4.0 Program

Maryland MEP, in partnership with RMI and the Maryland Department of Commerce, will host a webinar on July 23rd to discuss the upcoming new round of funding for the Maryland Manufacturing 4.0 Grant Program. The grant program provides grants to small and mid-sized Maryland manufacturers to invest in Industry 4.0-related technologies, machinery and robotics, and digital business practices to remain competitive and drive growth. 


Awarded grants will cover 75% of project costs for small manufacturers and 50% of project costs for mid-sized manufacturers with 51-250 employees. Projects must clearly demonstrate a tie to Industry 4.0 and a long-term strategy for its adoption.  Please ask any questions before the application opens, as Maryland MEP will not be able to answer questions once it has started.
