Empowering Entrepreneurs and Celebrating Business Success
Empowering entrepreneurs and small businesses is one of our core missions. We are excited to highlight the Maryland Manufacturing 4.0 Grant, which supports local manufacturers in adopting advanced technologies and practices to enhance productivity and competitiveness. This grant represents our commitment to fostering innovation and growth within our community.
The Maryland Innovation Center is another vital resource and helps startups navigate the challenges of business development, making them more competitive and ready for success. Patrick Shurney, CEO of 3P Consulting, exemplifies the success that can be achieved with MIC’s assistance.
Looking ahead, Howard County Business Appreciation Week is approaching. This week provides an invaluable opportunity for businesses to connect, learn, and celebrate their achievements. Highlights of the week include the Business Resource Expo, a platform for local businesses to discover new opportunities and access essential support services. In addition, we will host the Business Awards to honor the outstanding contributions of our local businesses. The awards nomination form will be launched later this week, and I encourage you to nominate businesses that have made significant impacts in our community.
These events showcase the strength and diversity of our business community while providing valuable networking opportunities.
Sincerely,
Jennifer Jones, CEO |
