The 2025 Howard County Innovation Summit brought together innovators, entrepreneurs and ecosystem leaders to explore what’s next for business, technology and economic growth in Maryland.

Forte Finds Strength in Community at the MIC

When Vineet Rajan co-founded Forte, a mental fitness provider serving churches, Christian schools and nonprofits across North America, he knew that scaling a business would require more than strategy—it would require community.

Over the past 16 months, Forte has experienced remarkable growth, increasing both its customer base and revenue fivefold. Rajan credits much of that success to the supportive, resource-rich environment the MIC provides.
