Howard County Government recently released the findings of its 2026 Disparity Study, conducted by MGT Consulting Group, to better understand how race, ethnicity, and gender may impact businesses’ ability to access opportunities in both the public and private sectors.
The study examined participation in Howard County’s marketplace, including access to capital, contracting opportunities, and the ability to compete for contracts and subcontracts. Business owners, entrepreneurs, and community stakeholders are encouraged to review the final report, executive summary, and supporting appendices to learn more about the study’s findings and recommendations. |
